About National Schools Film Week
National Schools Film Week is produced by the charity Film Education. Our core purpose is to enrich the education of young people across the UK by providing schools with unique film and cinema based learning experiences inside and outside the classroom that are directly relevant to the curriculum, placing film at the heart of their cultural experience.

Lorraine Barfoot, Storyteller
"The films on offer are fantastic stories with universal themes, told in a visually exciting way. The Festival as a whole is fantastic for young people to experience a great film and then to have a chance to bring their observations and questions back into an educational setting. "
